Aggelakis S.A. was among the companies recognized for their outstanding performance at the “Diamonds of the Greek Economy 2021” event, organized by New Times Publishing on Wednesday, July 7, 2021.
The event aimed to highlight the most dynamic Greek companies of 2021 and their valuable contribution to the national economy. Companies were evaluated based on specific financial indicators as well as other criteria, including human resources policies and their activity in corporate social responsibility.
Aggelakis S.A. began in 1962 as a small family-run business and has since grown into one of the largest vertically integrated poultry production units in Greece, exporting its products to Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Remaining true to its core values and respectful of tradition, Aggelakis has managed to triple its financial figures over the past five years. Today, the company holds a significant position in the Greek poultry sector, directly employing more than 200 people and indirectly supporting hundreds more across the supply chain.
