This Christmas, we have one more reason to smile. The Day Care Home of the organization “The Smile of the Child” in Evia is opening its doors at a new location, continuing its mission to support every child in need.
“The Smile of the Child” operates Day Care Homes to provide care and protection to children whose families are facing serious functional challenges. These may stem from social or financial hardship or from serious health issues affecting parents—circumstances that prevent them from meeting their children’s basic needs. The main goal of the initiative is to support the children while also strengthening their families, enabling them to provide a safe, nurturing, and stable environment for their children’s healthy development.
The Day Care Home has recently relocated to a new facility at 81 28th October Street, in the municipal district of Agios Nikolaos (Bourtzi). Aggelakis S.A. proudly undertook the full renovation of the property, which required extensive repairs. All necessary studies and works were carried out to transform the building into a safe, functional, and welcoming space for children.
