Born in Chalkida, Taxiarchis Aggelakis developed a passion for entrepreneurship from a young age, working in the family business as a salesperson and distributor. This initial step laid the foundation for his dedication to quality and development in food production and processing.
In 1992, together with his brother Thanos Aggelakis, he co-founded AGGELAKIS S.A., expanding the company’s activities from production to processing and product distribution. Through a strong commitment to quality and innovation, Taxiarchis played a key role in establishing the business in the market.
Since 1992, he has been managing the newly built poultry slaughterhouse of AGGELAKIS S.A., implementing modern production methods, continuously improving processes, and certifying products with the required European quality standards.
In 2004, he also took on the role of Director of Animal Production, a critical factor in final product quality, emphasizing the importance of a comprehensive process and the need for precise management at every stage.
