  • 600 g “Elaipoulaki” chicken breast fillet
  • 2 Florina (red) peppers, sliced into rings
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. mustard
  • Salt

Instructions

Cut the chicken into small cubes and place them in a bowl with the vegetables.

Add the olive oil, paprika, honey, mustard and season with salt.

Mix everything well and put the mixture into the air-fryer basket and cook at 200 °C for 20–25 minutes.

Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley (optional).
