Aggelakis at the Central Greece Gastronomy Festival

Local Taste, Global Reach 

Aggelakis chicken products took center stage at the culinary and gastronomic festival “Take a Taste”, co-organized by the Region of Central Greece and the Central Greece Agri-Food Partnership, held from July 19 to 21 on the beachfront of Chalkida. 

The festival featured an exhibition of agri-food products from across Central Greece, offering visitors the chance to meet local producers and experience a variety of activities including tastings, wine pairings, mushroom workshops, and—of course—authentic Greek and Evian recipes. 

Renowned chefs Iakovos Apergis and Spyros Asimakis delighted the audience with creative dishes featuring Aggelakis products, such as fig-glazed chicken meatballs and caramelized Elaiopoulaki chicken thigh fillet with honey, beer, and herbs—captivating guests of all ages with their flavor and innovation.
