Vasilis Chondros is an experienced executive with more than 20 years of career in the fields of financial management, strategic planning, and business transformation. He has held senior positions, including the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO), making a decisive contribution to the growth and resilience of organizations in complex business environments.
His experience includes the organization of financial services, mergers and acquisitions, risk management, development of financial strategies, as well as the design and implementation of internal procedures. He has undertaken the creation and structuring of financial and administrative functions, the guidance of teams, and the enhancement of compliance with regulatory frameworks.

He holds an MSc in Finance & Financial Information Systems from Greenwich University and a Postgraduate Professional Diploma in Applied Auditing and Accounting from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Greece. He combines technical expertise and strategic thinking with the aim of creating sustainable added value.

Since June 2025, he has assumed the position of CFO at Aggelakis S.A.
