Thomas Mazarakis was born in Chalkida. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy–Pedagogy–Psychology (Psychology focus) from the University of Athens and a Master’s in Human Resources Management with a specialization in Occupational Psychology from the University of Leeds (UK). He is currently a PhD candidate in Organizational Psychology at the University of Athens.
He is registered with the OAED-LAEK instructors’ registry and has lectured in Organizational Psychology at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels in public and private institutions.
As he states, “The environment is dynamic, making lifelong learning essential.”
His involvement with Aggelakis began in 1997, when, alongside his academic career, he took on the role of external consultant, overseeing the Human Resources department. He has since been responsible for the design, development, implementation, and monitoring of various projects, serving as an integral part of the company’s strategic planning and management.
