Melina Iliadou, from Northern Greece, is a graduate of the School of Agriculture at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in Food Science and Technology. She also holds an MBA from the University of Macedonia.
With strong academic credentials and specialization in the meat sector, she began her career in the food industry, initially gaining experience in the oils sector.
Since 2019, she has been part of the Aggelakis team, initially as Quality Assurance Manager. She later became Director of Quality Assurance, under whose leadership the company has obtained certifications from the most demanding international quality and safety standards.
Melina oversees the implementation and performance of all processes affecting quality and safety throughout the production stages. She also develops strategies for new product development, enhancing the company’s ongoing innovation.
As a leader in strengthening quality procedures, she plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards and achieving excellence at every production stage.
