Xenia Giannaki, HR & CSR Director at Aggelakis, has served as Human Resources Director for multinational companies across various sectors in Greece and abroad. She brings deep expertise in organizational development and talent management, supporting executive leadership in strategic HR.
In Greece, she has held similar positions in the FMCG sector. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in education and psychology and a diploma in personal and executive coaching. She is a founding member of ICF Greece, and holds a Master’s in Leadership & Management. She is also a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Psychology.
