Double distinction for Aggelakis at the Food Experts Awards 2024

Aggelakis S.A. was honored at this year’s Food Experts Awards (FEA Awards) 2024 for the innovation, excellence, and outstanding quality of its OliVchicken® burger with oat. The handmade, gluten-free burger received awards in two categories: TOP LOW, HIGH & FREE and CLEAN LABEL

The TOP LOW, HIGH & FREE category highlights premium-quality products designed to meet specific dietary needs and preferences, including gluten-free products. The OliVchicken® burger with oat not only meets gluten-free standards, but also qualifies as a CLEAN LABEL product, as it contains no additives or artificial preservatives and is made with fewer than 10 natural ingredients. This makes it an ideal choice both for consumers following a gluten-free diet and for those seeking pure ingredients, excellent taste, and nutritional value in every meal. 

The OliVchicken® burger with oat is an innovative, delicious, and nutritious ready-to-cook product. It is kneaded with organic whole-grain oats, fresh vegetables, pure olive oil, and turmeric, offering a complete and balanced meal, rich in high biological value protein and dietary fiber. It is worth mentioning that the burger has earned multiple distinctions in both Greek and international competitions—and was also awarded in the Food Innovation category at FEA Awards 2023.
